- Ongoing Operations of the space
If you think about it, without the experience or understanding of operations how can you design the optimal space? And without the building acumen how can you know if an old redundant building can actually be converted into what you need?
All of these skills are interlinked. Does your design and building team know the intricacy of making it all work?
We don’t need to know how to do all of these things but we do need to understand the importance of ensuring your team really understands what you are trying to do.
