If you have been trying to get a commercial investment under your belt for some time, it can be frustrating, but when it finally does happen investors are often caught out by reality when they are handed the keys. Even up to the last minute a deal can go wrong, so it can be a surprise when it finally comes to pass. This is a checklist you can focus on as soon as you get the keys to your new project.
