Mike Stenhouse is the host of the hugely successful Inside Property Investor Podcast. He joins us to share his experiences of mixed use developments and Commercial to Residential projects. Mike and his partner Victoria have developed numerous HMO, Serviced Apartment, Residential and Commercial projects. Many of these developments were completed whilst they were living aboard their 40 foot Catamaran in the Mediterranean.
